Ci Demi is an Istanbul-based documentary photographer whose practice explores the psychogeography of his hometown. His work has garnered international acclaim, including the Discovery Award at the Encontros da Imagem (2022). His photographs have been exhibited in prestigious venues such as Les Rencontres d'Arles and the Pera Museum. He has also collaborated with international media outlets (The New York Times, Financial Times, Der Spiegel...).Through a deeply personal lens, Demi documents the evolution of the urban landscape and the intimate stories embedded in the social fabric of Istanbul.
